DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT

The film captures a woman torn between two realities, real life and fantasy. That fleeting moment when real life and responsibilities feel suspended in time. And then, the flip side of that– when the bubble you have created for yourself comes crashing down and all you’re left with is a bitter taste in your mouth. The affair was the vehicle for that push and pull between what you want and what you’re stuck with.
